Can I cancel an InstaVault ship to door request?

You can cancel your request at any point before the trade is finalized and your conversion is being prepared for shipment. Once the trade is executed and your conversion is being prepared for shipment, the trade is considered final and can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel a request before the trade is finalized, contact support as soon as possible.
