Can I cancel my order?

No. Once you have submitted your order, GoldSilver has already purchased metals from the wholesale market on your behalf. All prices are locked-in and final and we have entered into a binding contract.

However, you may sell your metals back to GoldSilver at prevailing market rates, and GoldSilver will then sell them back to the wholesale market.
