How do I close my account?

To close your GoldSilver account and expire your online login, complete the steps below and then contact our client support team.

1. Confirm there are no outstanding balances or metals left on the account.
2. Pay any final storage fees.
3. Send an email request to our support team at support@goldsilver.com to close your account.

If you had a remaining balance and payment was issued by check, your account can be closed after the check has been deposited.
