With InstaVault Gold and InstaVault Silver, you own a fractional interest in large good delivery bars stored in secure third-party Class III vaults. You may request physical delivery by converting your fractional ounces into whole-ounce bullion bars and coins. To begin, log in to your account and go to **Fractional Holdings**.
Click **Deliver**.
And click “Deliver” here:
Next, select the quantity you would like to convert, choose the products you want to receive, and select your shipping address from the dropdown menu. Available conversion options typically include American Gold Eagles, American Silver Eagles, Canadian Gold Maples, Canadian Silver Maples, 10 oz and 100 oz silver bars, and 1 oz and 10 oz gold bars. When you are ready to continue, scroll down and click **Next**.

Once submitted, your request will be sent to our team. We will calculate the cost, including the premium difference between fractional ounces and deliverable bars or coins, and get back to you as soon as possible.
