How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via registered UPS or FedEx and is fully insured with an adult signature required upon delivery.

Please note that insurance coverage ends once the package has been signed for. If you have left instructions with any carrier or delivery service to leave parcels unattended or without a signature, you do so at your own risk.

In the event of a missed delivery, the carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to sender. Upon return, the metals will go through a re-verification process before the order can be reshipped. Please be aware that reshipment fees will apply.
