How is my order shipped?

How will my order be shipped and delivered?

Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. It is fully insured, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.

Insurance coverage ends as soon as the package is signed for. If you have authorized any carrier or delivery service to leave parcels unattended or without a signature, you do so at your own risk.

What happens if a delivery attempt is missed?

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts in total. If all attempts are unsuccessful:

1. The shipment will be returned to sender.
2. Your order will go through a re-verification process (you may be contacted during this step).
3. The order can then be reshipped, subject to reshipment fees. Please contact our support team to initiate a reship.
