How is my order shipped?

How will my order be shipped and delivered?

Your order will be shipped via registered UPS or FedEx and is fully insured with an adult signature required upon delivery.

Insurance coverage ends the moment the package is signed for. If you have left instructions with any carrier or delivery service to leave parcels unattended or without a signature, you do so at your own risk.

What happens if a delivery attempt is missed?

If a delivery is missed, the carrier will make up to 3 attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful:

  1. The shipment will be returned to sender.
  2. Your order will go through a re-verification process.
  3. The order can then be reshipped, subject to reshipment fees.
