- Once you confirm a sale, your price is locked and the sale is final.
- Funds take 2 full business days to settle before they appear in your Available to Withdraw balance. Verify the current settlement timeframe in your account dashboard or with support.
- To receive payment by wire, go to ACCOUNT → BANK ACCOUNTS → WIRE WITHDRAW to add your bank details before initiating your sellback.
- Note there is a hold period on newly added wire accounts — contact support or check your account settings for the current hold duration.
How do I complete a sell transaction step by step?
- Login to your GoldSilver account online and scroll down until you see HOLDINGS
- Select SELL
- Choose which assets you would like to sell.
- Enter the quantity, e.g. 1
- Acknowledge that all sales are final, then select CONFIRM.
- Wait 2 full business days from the trade date for your funds to settle and appear in your Available to Withdraw balance.
