Why Does My Delivery Purchase Appear as Two Separate Transactions in My Account History?

When you place an order for delivery, your transaction may appear as two separate entries in your account history. This article explains why delivery orders show two transaction lines and what each status means.
  1. First Line: Purchase of Metals (Buy for Delivery)
    • The first line reflects the initial purchase of metals. Once the transaction is executed, it will be marked as "Executed". This is when your order is confirmed, and we begin preparing your items. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
  2. Second Line: Order Shipping Status (Delivery for Buy)
    • The second line shows your order's shipping status. The status will show as "Pending Shipment" until we prepare your order for delivery. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, it will update to "Shipped", and a tracking number will be provided to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
