Will I receive any type of documentation once my metals arrive in storage?

When You Will Receive Email Notifications

You will receive email notifications when any of the following actions occur on your account: changes to your storage holdings, metal deposits, metal withdrawals, and monthly invoicing.



When a Statement of Account Is Sent

A statement of account detailing all of your holdings is automatically sent in two situations:

  • Each time your storage holdings change (e.g., metal deposits or withdrawals)
  • At the end of each month, together with your invoice

You can also download your statement of account at any time by logging in to your online account.
