Will I receive any type of documentation once my metals arrive in storage?

When will I receive email notifications?

You will receive email notifications whenever a significant action occurs on your account, such as changes to your storage holdings, deposits, withdrawals of metals, and monthly invoicing.



When is a statement of account sent?

A statement of account detailing all of your holdings is sent in two situations:

  • Each time your storage holdings change, including deposits and withdrawals of metals.
  • At the end of each month, together with your invoice.

You can also download your statement of account at any time from your online account.
